Preparation
Prepare the Fruits
Wash all the fruits (oranges, lemons, limes, berries, and peach/apple) thoroughly. Slice the oranges, lemons, and limes into thin rounds. Cut the peach or apple into small wedges or slices.
Combine the Fruits
In a large pitcher, add the sliced oranges, lemons, limes, berries, and peach/apple. If you’re using brandied fruit, add it to the mixture.
Mixing
Add the Liquids
Pour in the red wine, orange juice, and club soda or lemon-lime soda into the pitcher with the fruit. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Sweeten the Mixture
Add the granulated sugar to the mixture and stir until it is fully dissolved. Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
Chilling
Let it Chill
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors meld together.
Serve
Serve the sangria in glasses filled with ice, and garnish with additional fruit slices if desired. Enjoy!
