Prepare the Simple Syrup

In a small saucepan, combine equal parts of sugar and water (1 cup each). Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool before using.

Juicing Fruits

Juice fresh limes and oranges to extract their juice, measuring out 1 tablespoon of each for your soda mixture.

Combine Ingredients

In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of club soda with 1 cup of simple syrup. Stir gently to mix.

Add Flavorings

Add 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice, 1 tablespoon of fresh orange juice, 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice, 1 teaspoon of tamarind paste, and 2 tablespoons of hibiscus syrup to the pitcher. Stir until well combined.

Garnish and Serve

Fill glasses with ice and pour the soda mixture over the ice. Garnish each glass with lime wedges, orange slices, and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
