Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Salsa

If using homemade salsa, prepare it in advance. Otherwise, use your favorite store-bought green salsa.

2

Fry the Eggs

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Season with salt.

3

Heat the Tortilla Chips

In a large bowl, combine the tortilla chips and green salsa. Toss gently to coat the chips without breaking them, and let sit for a couple of minutes to soften slightly.

4

Assemble the Chilaquiles

Place the coated tortilla chips on a serving plate. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top. Add the fried eggs on top of the cheese.

5

Garnish and Serve

If desired, garnish with fresh cilantro and avocado slices. Serve immediately.
