Ciabatta Bread

Prepare the Dough

In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add water and olive oil, mixing until a wet dough forms.

Knead and Rise

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape and Bake

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Shape the dough into loaves, place on a baking sheet, and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Nut Bread

Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix whole wheat flour, ground nuts, yeast, and salt. Gradually add honey and water, mixing until combined.

Knead and Rise

Knead the dough for about 7-10 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.

Shape and Bake

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Shape dough into a loaf, place in a greased pan, and bake for 30-35 minutes.

Pretzel

Prepare the Dough

In a bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water, mixing until a dough forms.

Knead and Rise

Knead for about 5-7 minutes. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour.

Shape and Boil

Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C). Shape the dough into pretzels. Boil in a baking soda solution for 30 seconds each.

Bake

Place on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
