Cocktail

1

Prep the glass

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or coupe glass. Dip the rim into a shallow dish with coarse salt to coat evenly. Set glass aside.

2

Combine and shake

In a cocktail shaker add 2 oz Lunazul Reposado, 0.75 oz fresh lime juice, 0.5 oz Gran Gala, 0.25 oz agave syrup and a generous scoop of ice (about 1 cup). Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.

3

Strain and serve

Double-strain the shaken cocktail into the prepared salted glass over fresh ice (if serving on the rocks) or without ice for a neat pour. If you prefer a slightly lighter drink, strain into a chilled coupe.

4

Garnish

Express a lime wheel over the drink to release oils, then drop it or place a wedge on the rim as garnish. Serve immediately.
