Fit Turkey Wrap

Place a 12 oz bottle or can of Modelo Especial in the refrigerator or ice for at least 30 minutes until well chilled.

Chill beer

If you prefer a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the outer edge of a highball or pint glass and dip the rim into a small plate of coarse salt to coat. Fill the glass with cubed ice (about 1 cup).

Prepare glass

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine 2 oz Corazón Blanco tequila, 0.5 oz fresh lime juice, and 0.25 oz agave syrup. Add a couple of ice cubes and shake briefly (6–8 seconds) just to chill and combine — you do not need to dilute heavily.

Build tequila base

Strain the tequila mixture over the prepared glass filled with fresh ice, leaving room at the top for the beer.

Pour over ice

Slowly pour 6 oz chilled Modelo Especial down the side of the glass so it layers gently over the tequila mixture. Pouring slowly prevents excessive foaming.

Top with beer

Give the drink a gentle stir (1–2 turns) with a bar spoon to marry the tequila and beer without flattening the beer. Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw or without, letting the drink evolve as you sip.

Optional: squeeze the lime wedge into the drink before sipping for brighter citrus, or leave it for guests to adjust to taste.
