Build the cocktail
Fill a highball or Collins glass with 4–5 large ice cubes (about 5 units).
Add 3 tablespoons (about 45 ml) of Osco L'Original non-alcoholic aperitif into the glass over the ice.
Pour in 90 ml ginger ale, then add 60 ml soda water. The ginger ale provides sweetness and spice while the soda keeps it light and effervescent.
Add 10 ml fresh lime juice to brighten the drink. Gently stir once or twice with a bar spoon to combine ingredients without losing carbonation.
Garnish & Finish
Express the oils of an orange slice over the drink by pinching it skin-side down, then drop the slice into the glass.
Optionally slap a mint sprig between your palms to release its aroma and tuck it beside the orange slice for a fresh top note.
Serve immediately with a short straw or stirring stick.
