Cocktail

1

Muddle

In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, place the fresh raspberries and simple syrup. Gently muddle the raspberries with a muddler or the back of a spoon until they break down and release their juices but still retain some texture (about 8–10 light presses).

2

Add liquids

Add the Cîroc Red Berry vodka (2 oz), cranberry juice (1 oz), and fresh lime juice (0.5 oz) to the shaker with the muddled raspberries.

3

Shake with ice

Add a generous scoop of ice (about 1 cup) to the shaker. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until the outside of the shaker is cold.

4

Strain

Fill a highball or Collins glass with fresh ice. Double-strain the shaken mixture into the glass using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer (or a julep strainer) to remove raspberry seeds and pulp. If you prefer more texture, single-strain only.

5

Top and stir

Top the cocktail with about 2 oz sparkling water. Give the drink one gentle stir (1–2 rotations) to combine without flattening the carbonation.

6

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and a mint sprig if using. Optionally drop a whole raspberry into the drink for presentation. Serve immediately with a straw.
