If the 2024 Méditerrannée Rosé Figuière is not already chilled to around 8–10°C (46–50°F), place the bottle in an ice bucket filled halfway with ice and a splash of water for 20–30 minutes. Alternatively, refrigerate for 2–3 hours before serving.

Chill the bottle

Remove the bottle from the ice bucket or fridge about 2 minutes before opening to avoid sudden temperature shock.

Open the bottle carefully: remove foil, wipe the top with a damp cloth if needed, then insert a corkscrew and remove the cork cleanly.

Pour a small amount (1–2 tablespoons) into a clean glass and swirl to check clarity and aroma. Pour approximately 120–150 ml (4–5 fl oz) per serving.

Select chilled stemmed wine glasses. Rinse quickly with cold water and drain to remove any dust; this helps keep the wine cooler on contact.

If desired, add 1–2 ice cubes to each glass for outdoor or very warm-weather service (note: traditional service is without ice).

Garnish each glass with an optional thin lemon or orange slice on the rim and a small mint sprig placed lightly in the glass or on the rim for aromatic lift.
