Fruit & Flavor

Method

Prepare Fruit & Flavor

1

Clean and hull berries

Rinse the mixed berries under cold water. Hull and quarter larger strawberries so pieces are roughly the same size as blueberries and raspberries.

2

Combine berries and aromatics

Place the prepared berries in a blender or food processor. Add passionfruit pulp, fresh lemon juice, and vanilla extract.

3

Puree

Pulse the mixture until smooth but still slightly textured (20–30 seconds). If you prefer a smoother drink, blend an additional 10–15 seconds.

Sweeten & Chill

4

Sweeten

Add 2 tablespoons of simple syrup (or honey syrup) to the blended berries. Blend for 5 seconds more to incorporate and taste. Adjust sweetness with up to 1 additional tablespoon if needed.

5

Add ice and mint

Add ice cubes and 8 of the mint leaves to the blender. Pulse 4–6 short times until the ice is crushed and the mint is lightly dispersed. Avoid over-blending the mint to prevent bitterness.

Assemble & Serve

6

Strain (optional)

If you prefer a seed-free, very smooth drink, pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher, pressing gently with a spatula. Discard solids. If you like texture and seeds, skip this step.

7

Adjust consistency

If the mixture is very thick, stir in up to 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water to loosen. For a lighter, fizzy beverage, pour into glasses and top each with sparkling water instead.

8

Serve

Pour the Berry Breeze into two chilled glasses over crushed ice (if using). Garnish each glass with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig. Add additional whole berries on top if desired.

9

Storage

Any leftover blended Berry Breeze can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 24 hours. Stir or gently re-blend before serving; add a splash of sparkling water when serving if it has thickened.
