Build the drink
Fill a chilled rocks glass (or a short wine glass) with large ice cubes to the top.

Add bitter and vermouth
Pour 1 oz Campari and 1 oz Carpano Antica directly over the ice.

Top with Prosecco
Slowly top the mixture with 3 oz chilled Prosecco. Pour gently down the side or over the back of a bar spoon to preserve bubbles and avoid vigorous mixing.

Finish and garnish
Give the drink a gentle stir (1–2 turns) to marry ingredients without flattening the prosecco. Express an orange twist over the glass to release oils, rim the glass with the peel, then drop it in as garnish.

Serve immediately while the Prosecco is still effervescent.
