Directions

1

Prepare the Dill Mayonnaise

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped dill, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.

2

Season the Swordfish

Rub the swordfish steaks with olive oil and coat them generously with Cajun seasoning on both sides.

3

Grill the Swordfish

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the swordfish steaks for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

4

Toast the Kaiser Rolls

While the swordfish is grilling, slice the kaiser rolls in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

5

Assemble the Sandwich

On the bottom half of each toasted kaiser roll, place a lettuce leaf, followed by a grilled swordfish steak, a slice of tomato, and a generous dollop of dill mayonnaise. Top with the other half of the roll.

6

Serve

Serve the blackened swordfish sandwiches immediately while hot.
