Place the bottle of Sauvignon Blanc in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is served chilled.

While the wine is chilling, wash the tart apple and slice it into thin wedges. Set aside.

Take 2 wine glasses and add a few ice cubes to each glass to keep the wine chilled.

Using a zester or grater, add 1 teaspoon of citrus zest (lemon or lime) to each glass over the ice.

Place 3-4 slices of tart apple into each glass on top of the ice and citrus zest.

Once the wine is chilled, open the bottle and pour 375ml (half a bottle) into each glass over the ice and fruit.

Add 2-3 fresh mint leaves to each glass for a refreshing aroma and garnish.

Serve immediately while the wine is still chilled and enjoy the vibrant citrus and tart apple notes.
