Prepare the Ingredients
Dice the onion, mince the garlic, and open the can of diced tomatoes with green chilies.

Combine Creamy Base
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese, milk, and sour cream. Stir until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.
Add Cheeses
Once the cream cheese mixture is combined, gradually add the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, stirring continuously until melted and fully incorporated.
Incorporate Vegetables
Add the diced tomatoes with green chilies, chopped onion, and minced garlic to the cheese mixture. Stir well to combine.
