Queso Blanco Preparation

Melt the Cheeses
In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir constantly until all the cheeses have melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add Flavors
Stir in the diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and keep warm on low heat.
Spicy Bean Dip Preparation

Prepare the Beans
In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the canned black beans (drained and rinsed) and canned diced tomatoes with green chilies.

Season the Dip
Stir in the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to taste. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Assembly

Layer the Dips
In a serving dish or a large bowl, layer the queso blanco on one side and the spicy bean dip on the other side.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables for dipping.
