Prepare the Salmon
Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides of the fillets with salt, black pepper, and cumin.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Allow it to heat for about 1-2 minutes until shimmering.

Warm the Tortillas
In the same skillet, briefly warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable. Remove and keep warm.

Build the Tacos
Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces. Place a portion of salmon on each warm tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and a generous spoonful of house relish.

Serve
Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side, if desired.
