Galaxy Burrito Recipe
Our biggest burrito enough for two amigos or Amigas to share. Homemade chorizo, al pastor meat, chicken, steak, refried and black beans, sauteed onions and pepper topped with queso and pico de gallo, and a crema fresca drizzle.

Method
Preparing the Meats
Cook the Chorizo
In a skillet over medium heat, add the chorizo and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Cook the Al Pastor Meat
In the same skillet, add the al pastor meat and cook until it is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside with chorizo.
Cook the Chicken
In a separate skillet, cook the chicken breast over medium heat until it is no longer pink in the center, about 6-8 minutes per side. Shred or chop into bite-sized pieces.

Layer the Ingredients
On each large flour tortilla, layer half of the refried beans, black beans, chorizo, al pastor, chicken, steak, sautéed onions, and bell peppers.
Add Toppings
Top each tortilla with queso, pico de gallo, and a drizzle of crema fresca.
Fold the Burritos
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll from the bottom up to secure all the fillings inside.
Serving
Plate and Serve
Slice the burritos in half and serve with extra pico de gallo and crema fresca on the side.
