Seasonal Vegetables

Method

Preparing Lamb Chops

1

Marinate the Lamb Chops

In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Add the lamb chops and ensure they are well-coated. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours in the refrigerator.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

3

Grill the Lamb Chops

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and place them on the grill. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Preparing Seasonal Vegetables

4

Prepare the Vegetables

While the lamb is marinating, wash and slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into even-sized pieces.

5

Toss with Olive Oil and Seasoning

In a bowl, toss the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

6

Grill the Vegetables

Place the seasoned vegetables on the grill after the lamb chops are done. Grill for about 5-7 minutes until tender and slightly charred, turning occasionally.

Serving

7

Plate the Dish

Once everything is cooked, remove the lamb chops and vegetables from the grill. Let the chops rest for a few minutes before plating. Serve the lamb chop with a side of grilled seasonal vegetables.
