Cooking Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preparing Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and cherry tomatoes. Slice the carrot and separate the broccoli florets.
Sautéing Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- 5
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss everything together gently.
- 6
Season with salt and black pepper. Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss again until well combined.
