Choose a large wooden or slate board to arrange the charcuterie.

Begin by placing the cured meats (prosciutto, salami, chorizo) on the board. Fold or roll them for an appealing presentation.

Cut the cheeses (brie, cheddar, gorgonzola) into wedges or cubes and place them around the meats on the board.
