Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Pork

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

2

Season the Pork

Add the pork shoulder to the pot. Sprinkle with cumin, chili powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Sear the pork on all sides until browned.

3

Add Broth and Simmer

Pour in the chicken broth. Bring to a simmer, cover, and reduce heat to low. Cook for about 2 hours or until the pork is tender and shreds easily.

4

Shred the Pork

Once cooked, remove the pork from the pot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the pot and stir in lime juice.

5

Warm the Tortillas

In a separate skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat until pliable.

6

Assemble the Tacos

To assemble, place a generous portion of the pork filling on each tortilla. Top with fresh cilantro, avocado slices, radishes, and a dollop of sour cream.

7

Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious pork tacos!
