Prepare the Passion Fruit
Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp and seeds into a cocktail shaker.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Absolut vanilla vodka, Passoa liqueur, fresh lime juice, and the pulp of the passion fruit.

Shake
Fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.
Serving

Strain the Mixture
Using a fine mesh strainer, strain the cocktail mixture into a chilled martini glass, ensuring that the pulp remains in the shaker.

Add Prosecco
Top the cocktail with 3 oz of Prosecco to give it a sparkling finish.

Garnish with the empty half of the passion fruit on top for presentation. Serve immediately and enjoy!
