Preparation

Mix the Liquors

In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz of Bacardi Ocho and 0.5 oz of Plantation OFTD.

Add the Cream and Juices

Pour in 1 oz of coconut cream, 2 oz of pineapple juice, and 1 oz of orange juice into the shaker.

Add Nutmeg and Grenadine

Sprinkle in 0.25 tsp of nutmeg and add 0.5 oz of grenadine to the mixture.

Shake It Up

Fill the shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Serving

Strain and Serve

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or a tiki mug filled with ice.

Garnish

Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg on top and a slice of pineapple or an orange wheel.
