Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and slice the zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion into bite-sized pieces. Trim the asparagus ends.

Marinate the Vegetables
In a large bowl, combine the sliced vegetables with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the vegetables evenly and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

Prepare the Chimichurri
In a food processor, combine fresh parsley, fresh cilantro, garlic cloves, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes.

Blend Until Smooth
Pulse the mixture until it reaches a smooth consistency. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

Serve with Grilled Vegetables
Drizzle the green chimichurri over the grilled vegetables before serving.
