Blend Ingredients
In a blender, combine 2 oz of white rum, 1 oz of coconut cream, and 6 oz of pineapple juice.

Add Ice
Add 1 cup of ice to the blender.

Blend Until Smooth
Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Prepare Glass
Take a chilled cocktail glass and pour the blended mixture into the glass.

Garnish the drink with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on top.
