For the Tandoori Sablefish

Method

For the Tandoori Sablefish

1

Marinate the Fish

In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice mix, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, and salt. Add the sablefish fillets to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

2

Cook the Fish

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Grill or bake the marinated sablefish for about 6-8 minutes per side or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

For the Crab Turnovers

3

Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, salt, and pepper until well combined.

4

Assemble the Turnovers

Place a spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Brush the edges with beaten egg, fold the wrapper over, and seal by pressing the edges together.

5

Cook the Turnovers

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the turnovers until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

For the Salad

6

Prepare the Salad

In a bowl, combine diced tomato and cucumber. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, then season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
