Mixing the Cocktail
In a mixing glass, add Tanqueray No. Ten, Esquimalt Kina Rouge, amaro blend, and citrus bitters.
Chill and Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes, and stir well for about 30 seconds until the mixture is chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on top.
