Lobster Mac & Cheese Ingredients

Method

Cooking Instructions

1

Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2

Make the Cheese Sauce

In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.

3

Add Milk

Gradually whisk in the milk. Continue stirring until the mixture thickens and begins to bubble.

4

Incorporate the Cheeses

Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese and Gruyère cheese until melted and smooth.

5

Season the Sauce

Add salt, black pepper, and paprika, and mix well.

6

Combine Pasta and Lobster

Fold in the cooked macaroni and lobster meat until well coated with the cheese sauce.

7

Prepare for Baking

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

8

Add Breadcrumbs

Sprinkle the bread crumbs evenly over the top of the mac and cheese.

9

Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.

10

Garnish and Serve

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
