1. Prepare Sushi Rice

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool slightly, then mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the rice.

2. Prepare Ingredients

Thinly slice the fresh salmon and tuna. Julienne the cucumber and slice the avocado.

3. Roll Sushi

Lay a nori sheet on a bamboo mat. Wet your hands and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border. Add slices of salmon, tuna, cucumber, and avocado on top of the rice. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, then slice into bite-sized pieces.

4. Assemble Platter

Arrange the sushi rolls on a platter. Add sashimi slices on the side, and garnish with pickled ginger, wasabi, and a small bowl of soy sauce for dipping.
