1. Prepare the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.

2. Marinate

In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

3. Heat the Grill or Skillet

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat.

4. Cook the Chicken

Add the marinated chicken to the skillet or grill. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice glaze.

5. Garnish

Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
