Cut the boneless chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
