2

Roast the Duck

Roast the duck in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 1.5 hours, basting every 30 minutes until the skin is crispy.

3

Prepare Sweet and Sour Cucumber

Slice cucumber thinly, sprinkle with sugar and let it sit for 10 minutes until it releases some water.

Seared Beef Hanger Steak Preparation

4

Marinate the Steak

Combine ginger, chili flakes, and soy sauce, marinate the hanger steak for at least 30 minutes.

5

Cook the Steak

Heat olive oil in a pan, sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest before slicing.

6

Sauté Vegetables

In the same pan, sauté sliced carrots and bell peppers until tender.
