1. Prepare the Espresso
Brew two shots of espresso using your preferred method.
2. Steam the Milk
In a saucepan or using a milk steamer, heat the milk until it's steaming but not boiling. Froth the milk if desired.
3. Mix the Ingredients
In a large cup, combine the brewed espresso with the condensed milk. Stir well to combine.
4. Add Cocoa and Cinnamon
Sprinkle the cocoa powder and cinnamon into the espresso-condensed milk mixture and stir until well blended.
5. Combine with Steamed Milk
Pour the steamed milk into the espresso mixture, holding back the foam with a spoon. Top with foam if desired.
6. Serve
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa on top, and serve hot.
