Lobster Tail Ingredients
Method
Cooking Directions
Prepare the Lobster
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail lengthwise to expose the meat. Be careful not to cut all the way through.
Season the Lobster
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
Bake the Lobster
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and has a slight golden color.
Garnish and Serve
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
