Fried Stuffed Olives

Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Filling

In a bowl, combine the smoked chili sausage (finely chopped), cream cheese, and yuzu juice. Mix until well combined and set aside.

2

Stuff the Olives

Using a small spoon or a piping bag, carefully stuff each olive with the sausage and cream cheese mixture.

3

Prepare for Frying

Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for the beaten egg, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with salt and black pepper.

4

Bread the Olives

Dip each stuffed olive into the flour, then into the egg, and finally coat it in the breadcrumb mixture.

5

Fry the Olives

In a deep frying pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded olives and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.

6

Serve

Serve the fried stuffed olives warm, paired with a dipping sauce of your choice.
