Ingredients

Campari Negroni (Bittersweet & Classic)

Aperol Spritz (Light & Playful)

Boulevardier (Bold & Romantic)

Americano (Casual & Bitter-Sparked)

Cynar & Soda (Earthy & Quirky)

Campari & Grapefruit (Tart & Refreshing)

Preparation

Campari Negroni (Bittersweet & Classic)

1. Build & Stir

Add gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth into a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and properly diluted (about 15–20% dilution). Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube or fresh ice.

2. Express the orange peel over the drink to release oils, rim the glass with the peel, then drop it in as garnish. Serve immediately.

Aperol Spritz (Light & Playful)

3. Assemble

Fill a large wine glass or rocks glass with ice. Pour in Aperol, then add prosecco. Top with club soda. Gently stir once to combine — avoid vigorous stirring to keep bubbles.

4. Garnish with an orange slice. Serve chilled.

Boulevardier (Bold & Romantic)

5. Stir & Serve

Combine bourbon (or rye), Campari, and sweet vermouth in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir briskly for 20–30 seconds until chilled and slightly diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over a large ice cube.

6. Twist an orange peel over the surface to release oils and drop it in as garnish. Optionally flame the orange peel briefly for extra aroma.

Americano (Casual & Bitter-Sparked)

7. Build & Top

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in Campari and sweet vermouth. Top with club soda and stir gently to combine.

8. Garnish with a lemon twist or an orange slice. Serve with a straw if desired.

Cynar & Soda (Earthy & Quirky)

9. Easy Highball

Fill a Collins or highball glass with ice. Pour Cynar over the ice, top with club soda, and stir gently to combine. Adjust ratio to taste—more Cynar for bitter intensity, more soda for a lighter drink.

10. Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve immediately.

Campari & Grapefruit (Tart & Refreshing)

11. Shake or Build

In a shaker with ice, combine Campari, fresh grapefruit juice, and simple syrup (if using). Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until chilled. Alternatively, build in a glass over ice and stir if you prefer less dilution.

12. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over fresh ice if built. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge or twist. Taste and adjust sweetness with a dash more simple syrup if needed.
