Method
Cauliflower Fritters
Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and set aside.
Make the Batter
In a bowl, combine rice flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Gradually add water and whisk until smooth.
Fry the Cauliflower
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and fry until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Peel and cut the yams into cubes.
Cook the Yams
In a saucepan, combine yams, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat until yams are tender and coated.
Braised Italian Greens

Roast tomatoes and onion in the oven until soft and charred.

Blend the roasted tomatoes with garlic, vegetable broth, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
