Verify beer and temperature

Prepare glass

Hold the glass at about a 45-degree angle and start pouring the 16 oz of draft beer slowly along the side to minimize foam. As the glass fills, gradually straighten the glass to reduce splashing.

Pour technique

Aim for a tight, creamy head roughly 1–1.5 inches (2.5–4 cm) high, adjusting pour speed and glass angle as needed to achieve the desired head.

Form ideal head

Let the beer settle briefly if needed, then present the glass with a brief note about the rotating weekly selection. Offer tasting notes, ABV, and a short style brief if requested.
