Lobster Tail

Method

Preparing the Lobster Tail

1

Prepare the Lobster

Using kitchen scissors, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the center, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the shell apart to expose the meat.

2

Season the Lobster

Brush the exposed lobster meat with olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper. Set aside while you prepare the garlic butter.

Making Garlic Butter

3

Melt the Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Be careful not to burn it.

4

Add Garlic and Herbs

Once the butter is melted, add minced garlic cloves, fresh parsley, lemon juice, and paprika. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Grilling the Lobster Tail

5

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

6

Grill the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down. Grill for about 5-7 minutes, then flip them over and brush with garlic butter. Continue grilling for another 5-7 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

7

Serve

Remove the lobster tails from the grill and brush with more garlic butter before serving. Enjoy your grilled lobster tails with extra garlic butter on the side!
