Mix

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice (about 1 cup). Pour in 1.5 oz light rum, 0.5 oz dark rum, 0.5 oz coconut rum, 2 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz orange juice, 0.25 oz grenadine, and 0.25 oz fresh lime juice. Add 1 dash Angostura bitters.

Shake

Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until the outside of the shaker is cold and well chilled.

Serve

Fill a highball or hurricane glass with fresh ice. Strain the shaken mixture into the prepared glass.

Garnish

Thread the cocktail cherry onto a pick and rest it on a pineapple wedge. Garnish the glass rim with a lime wheel and place the pineapple + cherry pick on the rim or float in the drink.
