Soda Options

Serving Add-ins (optional)

Method

Preparing a Glass of Soda

  1. 1

    Chill glass (optional)

If preferred, place the drinking glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before serving to make the soda colder for longer.

  2. 2

    Add ice

Fill a tall glass with about 1 cup of ice cubes (adjust amount to preference). Leave some space at the top for soda to avoid overflow.

  3. 3

    Pour soda

Select your desired soda from the Soda Options (Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Mtn Dew, Dr. Pepper, Mug Root Beer, or Starry). Open the can or bottle and pour into the prepared glass slowly at a 45° angle to preserve carbonation and reduce foaming. Stop when the liquid reaches about 1 cm below the rim.

  4. 4

    Garnish (optional)

If desired, garnish with a lemon wedge, lime wedge, or a maraschino cherry. Squeeze a wedge into the drink for added citrus flavor, then drop it in.

  5. 5

    Serve

Place a straw or stirring spoon in the glass if desired and serve immediately to enjoy maximum carbonation.

Serving Bottles/Cans Directly

  1. 6

If serving directly from a chilled can or bottle, ensure it's refrigerated (ideally 2–4°C / 35–40°F). Wipe the top of bottles or cans with a clean cloth before opening. Open carefully to avoid sudden foaming and serve the can or bottle to the guest or pour into a glass as described above.
