Pour & Serve (per 12 oz bottle/can)
Non-alcoholic Beer Cocktail Variation (serves 1)
Method
Pour & Serve (per 12 oz bottle/can)
Chill beer
Place the Athletic Brewing bottle or can in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight) so it's well chilled. If serving immediately from room temperature, chill for 20–30 minutes in an ice bath.
If you prefer a very cold serving, fill a pilsner or pint glass with 4 ice cubes. Note: adding ice will dilute the beer slightly as it melts.
Serve immediately while effervescence is fresh.
Non-alcoholic Beer Cocktail Variation (serves 1)
Prepare garnish and glass
Chill a tall glass. Have a lime wheel or mint sprig ready for garnish.
Mix base
In a mixing glass or shaker set over ice, combine 0.5 oz fresh lime juice and 0.25 oz agave or simple syrup. Stir or briefly shake to chill and dilute syrup into the citrus.
Combine with beer
Fill the chilled serving glass about halfway with ice (optional). Pour the lime-syrup mixture into the glass, then slowly add 12 oz Athletic Brewing non-alcoholic beer, pouring down the side to preserve carbonation. If you prefer a lighter profile, top with 1 oz sparkling water.
Finish & garnish
Give the drink one gentle stir to integrate (avoid vigorous stirring to preserve carbonation). Garnish with a lime wheel or mint sprig. Serve immediately.
