3. Add Tomatoes
Pour in the canned crushed tomatoes and add salt. Stir well to combine. Let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 minutes, allowing it to thicken and the flavors to meld.
4. Combine Pasta and Sauce
Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. If the sauce is too thick, add a bit of the reserved pasta water until you reach the desired consistency.
5. Finish and Serve
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the chopped basil. Serve the Arrabbiata pasta hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
