Prepare the Crab
Rinse the Dungeness crabs under cold running water. Remove the gills and stomach sac from each crab and discard.

Make Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and olive oil over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 3-5 minutes until fragrant. Season with salt and black pepper, then remove from heat.

Roasting the Crab
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the crabs on a roasting pan and pour the garlic butter mixture over them. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the crabs and sprinkle with fresh parsley.

Cook the Crab
Cover the roasting pan with aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes, or until the crabs are cooked through and the shells are bright orange.
