Fruit Base

Sweetener & Brightness (optional)

Garnish (optional)

Method

Prep Fruit

1

Wash and prepare apple

Wash the apple thoroughly, core it, and chop into roughly 1-inch pieces. Leaving the peel on adds color and fiber.

2

Prepare peach

Wash the peach, remove the pit, and slice into wedges.

3

If using fresh pineapple, cut away skin and core, then chop into 1-inch chunks. If using canned, drain well.

4

Peel the banana and slice it into 1/2-inch rounds.

Blend

5

Combine ingredients

Place the apple, peach, pineapple, and banana into a blender. Add 1 cup coconut water and 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt for creaminess. Add 3 ice cubes to chill and slightly thicken the smoothie.

6

Optional sweetening and brightening

If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add 1 teaspoon honey or agave. Add 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice to brighten the flavors.

7

Blend until smooth

Secure the blender lid and blend on high for 45–90 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and no large fruit pieces remain. Stop and scrape down the sides with a spatula once if needed, then blend again briefly.

8

If the smoothie is too thick, add 2–4 tablespoons more coconut water and blend to reach desired consistency. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or a small extra chunk of banana and pulse to thicken.

Serve & Garnish

9

Pour the smoothie into a chilled glass. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity if needed.

10

Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim and 2–3 fresh mint leaves on top. Serve immediately with a straw.
