Method

Prep the fruit

1

Prepare Apple

Peel, core, and chop the apple into roughly 1-inch pieces so it blends easily. If using a tender, sweet apple (e.g., Gala), you may leave the skin on; otherwise peel for a smoother texture.

2

Prepare Peach

Wash, pit, and slice the peach into wedges. If the peach is large, cut slices in half so they fit the blender without clogging.

3

Prepare Pineapple

If using fresh pineapple, remove the skin and core then chop into small chunks (about 3–4 oz). If using canned pineapple, drain well.

4

Prepare Banana

Peel the banana and break into 2–3 chunks so it purees quickly.

Blend

5

Add ingredients to the blender in this order: orange juice (3 tbs) and Greek yogurt (1 tbs) first to help liquids reach the blades, then the apple, peach, pineapple, and banana chunks. Add the ice (1 cup) on top. If using honey or agave, add 1 tsp now.

6

Secure the blender lid. Start blending on low speed for 10–15 seconds to break up large pieces, then increase to high and blend for 30–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tbs additional orange juice or water and blend again. If too thin, add a few more ice cubes or 1/4 banana and pulse until combined.

Serve

7

Pour the smoothie into a chilled 12–16 oz glass. Taste and adjust sweetness — drizzle another 1/2–1 tsp honey or agave if desired and stir once.

8

Garnish with a pineapple wedge or apple slice on the rim and 1–2 mint leaves. Serve immediately.
