Cooking Instructions
Grill the Pork
Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the pork from the marinade and grill for about 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through and slightly charred. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Stir-fry the Bean Sprouts
In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they are tender but still crunchy. Season with salt to taste.
Blanch the Chinese Broccoli
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Chinese broccoli and blanch for 1-2 minutes until bright green. Drain and immediately place in cold water to stop the cooking.
Assemble the Dish
On a plate, serve a scoop of rice, top with sliced grilled pork, stir-fried bean sprouts, and chilled Chinese broccoli. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
