Muddle Ingredients
In a shaker, muddle fresh blackberries and dried lemon myrtle together until they are well crushed.
Combine Ingredients
Add the bourbon, balsamic vinegar, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
Shake
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Strain
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a few whole blackberries on top.
