Method

Preparing the Ribs

1

Preheat and Season

Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the pork ribs with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

2

Cook the Ribs

Place the seasoned ribs on the grill or in a baking dish. Cook for about 2.5 to 3 hours until tender, basting with BBQ or honey garlic sauce every 30 minutes.

3

Finish with Sauce

In the last 30 minutes of cooking, generously coat the ribs with your chosen sauce and allow it to caramelize.

Preparing the Slaw

4

Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage and grated carrot.

5

Prepare the Dressing

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

6

Combine Slaw and Dressing

Pour the dressing over the cabbage and carrot mixture, tossing until well coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
