Method

Brownie Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

2

Melt the Butter

In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

3

Add Eggs and Vanilla

Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

4

Combine Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the butter mixture and mix until just combined.

5

Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

6

Bake the Brownies

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

7

Cool and Cut

Let the brownies cool in the pan for at least 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
