Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken with Tex-Mex seasoning. Mix well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Assembly
Layer the Nachos
On a large baking sheet, spread a layer of tortilla chips. Evenly distribute the seasoned chicken, diced red and green peppers, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions over the chips.
Add Cheese
Sprinkle the mixed cheese generously over the top.
Baking
Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
Add Sauces and Serve
Remove the nachos from the oven. Drizzle BBQ sauce and ranch dressing over the top. Serve immediately with a side of sour cream.
